Youth Seasonal Sports Team Strength and Conditioning

This class is for the 8th- 12th grade team that wants to maximize their sports goals. This class will teach the fundamentals and mechanics necessary to improve an athlete’s strength, power, speed, and agility with respect to their particular sport. Our other goals for the class are to improve sports performance, avoid sports-related injuries, and build confidence and comradery all while emphasizing a long-lasting healthy relationship with exercise.
