Private 1 on 1 Personal Training

One on One training is available for youth and adult clients upon request. This is a great option for individuals that have specific training goals, are looking to rebuild strength post-injury/physical therapy, or are not comfortable training in a group setting. The training is tailored to you, to help you achieve your goals. The programs are individualized that are based on your strengths and weaknesses.

Private Small Group Training

Private Small Group Training is for youth or adult groups of 5 or less that have a specific goal. Group training offers some of the same benefits as one-on-one training but is a cheaper option per client. Private small group training is great for groups of athletes that want to prepare for prospect camps or work on specific weaknesses to improve overall sports performance. Or adults that would like to train with their spouse or group of friends.
